I went to another facility and was quoted 1,000 for work they stated I needed. I then brought my car to Tinley Auto Repair, they evaluated my car and I walked away spending under 300. A lot of the other suggestions were not needed.

I had been looking for an emissions facility that could tell me what was happening to my vehicle, I tried a facility in the south suburbs but after a week they were unable to assist me. So I contacted Tinley Park Auto Repair, spoke to Chris/female stated to her my dilemma she was professional, courteous, and I scheduled an appointment, she kept in contact with me, explained everything! What a relief! I was unable to get what I needed fixed due to financial issues but assured her that when I was able I would definitely call them to get the situation resolved! Highly recommend them! Very thankful I called them!

They are fantastic my truck broke down near there shop leaking gas all over and they took care of it and did great job kept me informed and repaired for a great price couldn't be happier ty

This place is great! Ive been there a couple times and they are very through when examining the car. They sent pictures and videos so you can see what the problem is. Then they make sure you understand whats happening with your vehicle. They employees are fantastic!!

Tinley Park Auto is Family owned by some great mechanics and ethical people who have treated me lilke family for several years now. I know they will do the same for you. Recently moved to Tinley Park and needed to find a good, trustworthy mechanic. Had recommendations for a few in the area. I stopped in to ask a few questions at TAR and immediately decided I liked what I heard. I set up an appointment and WOW, I was blown away with their service. They did a thorough inspection on my vehicle and showed me some things that were in need of attention I was unaware of on my vehicle. (great idea to get that done). They addressed my immediate concern and we scheduled to complete the others at a later date. They detailed what I needed and were very straightforward with what else may be needed. They took pictures before, during and after the repair. Parts are great quality parts with warranties. I have since been back numerous times to get my other issues corrected and an emergency repair of my wifes car addressed. TAR is the best. My new GO TO SHOP, and Im an old alley mechanic from back in the day. Highly recommend TAR for fairness, friendliness, experience and overall peace of mind. TAR IS THE BEST SHOP IN TOWN!!!!
