Brought our car in for an oil change and it turned out to need a lot more work. Its gonna be 10 years old and only has 31k miles on it so were willing to put the money into it. Got a detailed description of the work that needed to be done and what it would cost. The folks at Tinley Auto are great! They explained that although the car needed some major work it wasnt an emergency but those things had to be fixed. We had both of our cars serviced there now for a couple of years and they always do great work!
