Always bring my car here. They always explain in detail (and laymans) what is wrong. When you bring your car in to get inspected, I love that they take pictures of different parts that show what may be wrong. This way you can actually SEE what they're saying is true. Other places don't do this and when they preform an "inspection" they just charge you for checking the check engine light. On top of this, they are more than willing to work on my SAAB. Some places might be nervous to work on a car, but not here. Cannot recommend enough.

I was Greatly Appreciative and Thankful For Quick Service I received from Them ! I was mid trip from Michigan to Arkansas and Had An Issue! They Got Me Wrecker to tow my vehicle to their Facility and Got it Repaired same date in a very timely Manner! I couldn’t have asked for anything Better! We brought our van in for service and a check-up. So glad we did! The van is from PAWS Animal shelter its used almost everyday to transport shelter animals to and from the vet. They found several major issues that needed to be addressed right away. They worked with our transport schedules. And got us back on the road quickly. The van has never driven better. All of our service will be done by them from this point on!

Brought in my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for starting problems. The dealer could not see me for three weeks. Tinley Auto saw me almost immediately. They performed all the computer diagnostics and a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle. They provided a detailed report with photos and recommendations. It was a wonderful experience that showed me exactly what is needed today and in the future. I'll be back for all the recommended service items as needed.
