First time customer. Couldn't ask for nicer people to work with from the time I dropped my car off/picked up. Feel very confident that the work needed on my car was done properly and will definitely recommend to anyone needing auto repairs.

My wife and I limped to this shop with our fifth wheel trailer yesterday, coming off I-80 with a smoking, hot rear trailer wheel. We had left Joliet and were heading to NJ. Chris (owner) said he was taking repair appts 2 weeks out. I asked if I could take the wheel off on the street since I carry some spare parts (bearings), but would need grease if he could help with that. He said sure, go ahead. As I took off the hot brake drum, brake parts fell into my hand. A busted brake was the problem, the bearings looked good. Chris called another shop that had a Dexter brake assembly (bolt on) for $125. My wife and I drove over to get it and it was a perfect replacement. Chris said I could use his shop to repack the bearings. Another mechanic helped teach me the repacking process and watched (supervised) as I installed the brake drum. I could see how busy Chris’s shop was and very much appreciate the time he spent with us and calling the other shop for replacement part. He was truly a blessing for us. Your community should be proud to have such a great business owner!
