I called Tinley Auto to ask about working on my 2002 Alero. They came and towed it. I was sent a full report on the condition of the vehicle with pictures. I was advised that the car was unsafe. I would definitely use their services again.

My truck was leaking antifreeze and they performed a coolant system diagnosis to help me pinpoint the issue. They are very communicative and perform work quickly. I decided to do the repair myself as it was a fairly simple repair and I felt the labor cost quoted to fix was on the higher side. I was able to replace the water pump in an hour with the help of a YouTube video. They do offer a warranty with their repairs so it’s a plus for people not mechanically inclined.
