I am impressed with their diagnostic ability. Unlike other other auto repair shops Tinley Auto was able to accurately pin point my problem the first time and offer a solution at a fair price. The repairs were completed satisfactorily with just a minor correction that needed attention which was immediately handled. I liked that they emailed me a Vehicle Health Assessment report and they were always happy to answer my questions. Tammy would go the extra mile to get me answers and she is a delight to speak with. I would recommend their service.

Spoke with tammi on the phone today. When I say she is an sweetheart she is and angel. She went above and beyond to help me find an emissions testing place. I highly recommend going to this place. They really care about the customers

Once again, you came thru for me, what I thought was a rear wheel bearing problem turned out to be a bolt inside my right rear tire. Jim discovered it. Surprisingly the damn tire held air and offered no clue as to source of sound. Jim repaired the tire PROPERLY ( removal from wheel and patched internally) and all is in order once more. Thank You!!!
