I have lived all over the world traveling with the US Navy. Never have I found such a great mechanic shop as tinley auto. Tammy, her husband, and Jim are very knowledgeable and customer driven to ensure 100% satisfaction. They definitely got the extra mile. I live 40 miles away from the shop assi have moved but I continue to go there for the satisfaction of knowing they are there to take care of me as a customer and aren't out to take advantage of anyone. I have a old a beat up Ford, it is always finding a reason for me to dump money into it (it is a Thing). Most shops charge you for a diagnostic and the only thing they do is hook up your car to a computer and if the computer doesn’t tell them anything, they will tell you there is nothing wrong with your vehicle. Well not Tinely Auto, they use those manuals, experience, and test to find out what is wrong with your vehicle. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but they can get my business for value they bring. I strongly suggest Tinley Auto if you are serious about staying on the road.

Very reasonable costs. I expected to pay more. I highly recommend people to experience this jewel of a service.
