I could not be any more pleased with the service here. I dealt with Jim through out the whole process and he was pleasant and informative every step of the way. I took my car in so I could get it to pass emissions and not only did they have my car fixed within a day but they also drove out to the testing facility and passed the test for me! I felt like I paid a very fair price as well. No complaints and Jim even gave me several different options and price points. I would highly recommend Tinley Auto Repair & Towing to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic that will address their car problems.

Jim and Chris, I promised you guys pictures if I made it, so here they are. Misty ran like a top. I traveled 5451 miles with no issues. I just wanted to thank you guys for all your work. Had a blast, Misty was quite the celebrity.

This place is awesome! Dropped my car off to have an a/c check done and they were very diligent in their assessment, looking in every nook and cranny for a leak. Luckily there were no leaks found and it seems that the problem stems from my former auto repair shop being negligent in removing the freon and not putting it back in. They performed a total bumper to bumper check of the vehicle looking for anymore potential problems. The issues that were discovered were photographed and attached to a report that was emailed to me. The report was extremely detailed and transparent. We went over the report and there was no pressure applied to get the repairs done, they were just making me aware. I couldn't be happier. I will be bringing my vehicle here for ALL future repairs.

only repair shop i trust. This is the only repair shop i trust. Been going to them for years and they are nothing but honest, super nice people, Jim is a great guy and explains everything, they take pictures of everything to show what they are doing. Dont rip people off. Trust them 100%. They say whats wrong and i dont question it because they are honest people.

6 stars!. If there was 6 stars this place deserves it!! I read these reviews prior to having my car towed and fixed. After working on my vehicle they have beyond exceeded my expectations! Tammy is always pleasant when you call and sincerely listens to your car concerns unlike some places are so annoyed and rush you off the phone. I don’t know much about cars so it was really beneficial to have on your receipt to give a detailed explanation of work that was done on your car. Very professional and felt very comfortable with the whole team being very knowledgeable and who kept me updated on my cars progress! Thank you all again!! Especially Tammy and the guys or guy who found the problem wrong with my car :)

This is the only shop I will go to. This is a family-owned business and they treat me like part of their family. They are trustworthy and know their business! They are always accommodating and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Updated 6/9/22: This is STILL the only shop I will go to. My card needed some work. They were proactive and told me that there were a few other things that will need to be done in the future but suggested I do them now so I will save on future labor. They are trustworthy and they know what they're doing. Plus, everyone is so nice there. They truly care about their customers.

Highly satisfied. I was very impressed with how professionally the business is run and how friendly everyone is. I feel my vehicle is in very good hands when I do have to bring it in. You don't find businesses that operate with integrity anymore. The detailed inspection report, along with photos is very impressive and informative. It makes it very easy to keep up with the maintenance required. i highly recommend Tinley Auto Repair to everyone.
