I arrived Monday morning without an appointment because a bolt going into my tir. I arrived Monday morning without an appointment because a bolt going into my tire on Sunday afternoon, did not make an appointment. I left the car for repair and was given a ride to a destination close by. I received a call about 2 hours later that the car was ready for pick up and my ride was on the way to get me. Chris, Tammy and the whole crew at Tinley Auto Repair are great.

Nobody else touches our Honda. They've found the solutions to problems that other mechanics failed to find, they've been honest enough to admit that work took less time than expected and thus charged me significantly less than the estimate I was given, they gave me a ride to pick up my car when I had none available, and are generally very polite and professional. I'll never visit another shop as long as I live in the area. This is the second time I've gone to Tinley Auto and my car has never driven better than this.
